Powder volume is 1.5 times as building container to guarantee non-stop powder feeding.

2.High accuracy building platform
It adopts imported THK screw guide rail mechanism, and grating scale adjustment, which can realize positioning accuracy within ±0.005mm.

To keep equipment’s normal operation, LIMPCS SLM operation software has the functions reading multi-type building data files, anticipating printing time, system control, printing parameters setting real-time, processing monitoring, printing logging, cloud data transmission, etc.

4.Intelligent monitoring
The system is equipped with powder bed monitoring module and a built-in camera. It takes pictures for powder bed after each powder spreading and fusing to monitor powder spreading quality and fusing quality for each layer based on the algorithm analysis and comparison. Meanwhile, it can do powder replenishment automatically and alarm.
