1、高精度成形平台
采用进口 THK 丝杆导轨，并配备光栅尺调节，可实现定位精度控制在 ±0.005mm 以内。
2、自研软件
LiMPCS-SLM 激光选区熔化软件具有多类型切片数据文件读取、预估打印时间、系统控制、打印参数实时设置、过程监测、日志记录、云平台数据传输等功能，保障设备的正常运行。
3、智能监测
配有粉床监控模块，内置高清相机，每次铺粉和熔凝后拍摄粉床照片，经算法分析比对，可实现对每层铺粉质量和熔凝质量的监控，对异常铺粉进行自动补粉、自动报警。
4、安全可靠
设备设计制造符合 ISO 标准，整机通过 CE 安全及 CE 防爆认证。
5、永久过滤系统
循环系统采用滤芯寿命可达 100000 小时，能实现设备打印不间断。
6、全自动粉路循环系统
打印前添加粉末后，设备可以自动筛分与烘干粉末；打印过程中，系统自动且高效完成溢粉 回收、筛分、供给三个过程；打印完成后，移动成形缸至取件工位，在氩气保护下，通过安装在清粉箱上的闭环真空强力吸模块(20L/Min)快速完成清粉工作。
