On April 21st, CIMT 2025, the flagship exhibition of the global machine tool industry, was grandly opened at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Pavilion) in Beijing, China. LiM Laser brought LiM-X400M+ equipment and metal additive manufacturing solutions to the exhibition, fully demonstrating the technological breakthroughs and application achievements brought by 3D printing technology to the metal processing industry. LiM-X400M+ equipment developed by LASER for mold manufacturing, precision processing, 3C electronics and other processing needs was printed on site in real time, attracting many visitors. The equipment has a molding size of 400mm×300mm×450mm (W×D×H), integrates three lasers for high-efficiency collaborative printing, and has a maximum molding efficiency of 75c㎥/h, which takes into account the cost of the equipment and meets the user's high demand for production efficiency at the same time.
The equipment can be equipped with molten pool monitoring system, powder bed monitoring module, production quality management system, etc., and innovatively realizes advanced processes such as variable layer thickness printing, substrate temperature control, etc., and directly strikes the technical pains of the traditional processing process in the manufacturing of follow-shape cooling water circuit and complex structural parts, and realizes a leap in production efficiency, precision, and reliability of the products.
In this exhibition, LiM Laser system presents multi-scenario solutions of additive manufacturing technology. Among them, the series of exhibits, such as super 2-meter spiral components, complex structure molds (grafted waterway molds, shaped cooling waterway molds), and 3C electronic parts (cell phone hinges, watch frames, drone frames), fully verified our technological advantages in large-size, complex, and refined application scenarios, and comprehensively demonstrated the company's hard-core strength.
On the first day of the exhibition, the parent company Xin Jinghe held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with AVIC Supply Chain, and both parties formally signed a cooperation agreement on the agency of laser metal 3D printing equipment, adhering to the cooperation principle of “friendly collaboration, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win situation, and common development”, and giving full play to their respective advantages to carry out a full range of strategic cooperation.
