The LiM Laser powder circulation system encompasses two core solutions: fully automated powder circulation and separate powder circulation, combined with a powder cleaning system to form a complete closed-loop powder handling system, collectively building an efficient and intelligent powder flow system for metal 3D printing.

Fully Automated Powder Circulation System
This highly integrated system combines powder supply, recovery, and sieving into one unit. Independent of the main unit, it connects to the main unit via piping, allowing a single unit to handle powder flow during the printing process, providing comprehensive support for continuous production of large-size equipment.
Compact Structure and Rational Layout
The fully automatic powder circulation system features a compact design, allowing for spatial integration with the main equipment. This significantly reduces space requirements in the production area, optimizes the production layout, and frees up factory space.

Integrated Functions and Efficient Supply
The system incorporates three main functional modules: powder feeding, recovery, and sieving, specifically addressing powder flow issues during the operation of large-size metal 3D printing equipment. Furthermore, the system is equipped with pressure sensors, oxygen content sensors, material level sensors, and valve position sensors to monitor internal operating status in real time, achieving one-stop intelligent control and automated management.
Simple Operation and Reliable Performance
Equipped with an intelligent operating system, operators can easily start the process with a single button. The system monitors its own and the equipment's operating status in real time, automatically completing powder feeding, recovery, and sieving.
The system automatically delivers metal powder to the main equipment, ensuring a continuous powder supply during printing. This effectively prevents printing interruptions due to insufficient powder supply, ensuring the stability and consistency of the formed product quality.

In addition, the system automatically recovers and sieves excess powder, removing large-particle powder and preventing foreign matter from mixing with the metal powder. The sieved powder can be reused, significantly improving powder utilization and reducing overall costs.

The system has a preset warning level to ensure equipment operation for more than one hour. When the remaining powder reaches the preset warning level, an automatic alarm is triggered. When the powder replenishment function is activated, a portion of the recovery module will be dedicated to replenishment, allowing for manual replenishment without interruption of printing. The replenishment function can be turned off after completion.

Safe and Environmentally Friendly, Widely Compatible
To ensure safety throughout the entire process, all actions of the LiM Laser fully automatic powder circulation system are performed in an inert gas protected environment. This maximizes long-term powder quality stability, preventing powder oxidation and deterioration from affecting part forming quality. Furthermore, it effectively prevents the risk of combustion and explosion from dust generated during powder cleaning, safeguarding production safety.
The system has excellent versatility and is compatible with multiple LiM-X series metal 3D printing equipment.
Split-type Powder Circulation System
The split-type powder circulation solution is compatible with all LiM-X series equipment. It consists of a powder pump, powder collection tank, high-efficiency sieving system, and connecting pipelines. Each tank is equipped with sensors for detection and alerts.

Powder Cleaning System

The LiM-PCE series powder cleaning system works efficiently with the main equipment and powder circulation system to form a professional and systematic closed-loop powder handling system.
The LiM-PCE800-H1600, LiM-PCE1300-H1400, and LiM-PCE400-H500 toner cleaning equipment utilizes servo control to achieve workpiece rotation and flipping. A vibration system mounted on the platform assists in cleaning, effectively removing internal powder that is difficult to reach manually. Equipped with an air gun component, it can achieve comprehensive cleaning of complex parts, achieving high-quality toner cleaning results. The cleaned powder falls into a toner bin for collection.
For cleaning workpieces printed on large-size equipment, LiM Laser offers the LiM-PCE1500 toner cleaning equipment. It has a maximum load size of 1500mm x 1500mm x 1500mm and a maximum part flipping weight of 15000kg, meeting the toner cleaning needs of most workpieces. It uses an electric flatbed cart for loading and unloading, ensuring precise positioning inside the equipment and facilitating installation and fixation. Servo-linked control of the X and Y axes controls workpiece rotation, and a pneumatic vibrator assists in knocking and cleaning the powder. The cleaned powder automatically flows to an external transfer tank in an argon-protected environment for easy recycling.
