LiM-X400 is equipped with a 9000W high-power multi-mode laser to heat the current layer of powder in real time, with a maximum heating temperature of up to 1,000℃; it relies on the real-time imaging and temperature measurement of the infrared camera, realizing the closed-loop precision control of temperature and power.

  The program ensures that each layer of powder is in an advantageous molten state, significantly improving part density, especially for titanium alloys, refractory metals and other crack-prone materials stable molding.
