Fully automatic powder circulation system / PART 01
In order to meet the continuous and stable production requirements of a series of LiM Laser selective zone melting equipments, LiM Laser puts forward the fully automatic powder circulation program, which integrates the powder processing capacity according to the powder circulation production workflow, so that a single equipment can realize the flow of powder in the printing, improve the utilization rate of the powder and guarantee the continuous production.
Fully automatic powder circulation system powder storage capacity of up to 450L, the system can real-time monitoring of their own and equipment operating status, to ensure that the system environment is qualified at the same time according to the state of the equipment for the calculation, to complete the automatic powder feeding, overflow powder recovery operations.

The recovered powder is automatically screened and processed to prevent welding slag and other foreign matter from mixing; after processing, the powder can be supplied to the equipment again to improve the utilization rate of powder. In the case of no personnel intervention, it can ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
Pursuing renewal and modernization is the only way to bring better experience to users. The R&D team of RAMON is still working on the design of this automatic powder circulation system to realize miniaturization and upgrading, to further reduce the footprint and to meet the needs of more users.
Split Automatic Circulation System / PART 02
The split powder circulation solution can be adapted to all LiM-X series of laser selective melting equipment developed by LiM Laser. The solution includes the pump, powder drop tank, high-efficiency screening system and connecting pipelines, and each tank is equipped with sensors for detection and prompting. The printing process can realize one-key pump powder function, in which the powder suction machine is equipped with oxygen content sensor and gas washing function, and the powder suction operation is carried out under argon protection environment, which is safer.


Split powder circulation program has a small footprint, high system flexibility, good versatility, powder conveying efficiency and other advantages, to extend the unmanned running time of the equipment, the powder throughout the transfer to achieve isolation of people and powder, high efficiency, low failure rate. It can also be flexibly configured in different equipments according to the production demand.
