  TCT ASIA 2025 is about to open, LiM Laser will officially exhibit LiM-X260E equipment equipped with green laser, real-time printing on site, demonstrating high-performance solutions for pure copper and other highly reflective metal materials.

  Green laser additive manufacturing solution

  LiM-X260E, as a classic LiM Laser equipment, has been highly praised by users for its diversified application scenarios. The customized model equipped with green laser is on display, which can realize stable and high-quality forming of pure copper, silver and other highly antimetallic materials, enabling broader application scenarios.

  After testing, the conductivity of pure copper specimens printed and shaped by LiM-X260E equipment is tested to be 94.4% IACS after annealing, the thermal conductivity is 368 W/m-K in 25℃ environment, and 341 W/m-K in 500℃ environment, and the porosity is controlled to be below 0.14%. In practical applications, the printed finished product has good densification, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.

  The mature application of green laser additive manufacturing solution on LiM-X260E equipment also lays a rich practical foundation for the subsequent customized development of large-size, multi-laser SLM equipment that can form highly antimetallic materials.

  Focus on high efficiency and reliability

  The LiM-X260E machine has a molding size of 260mm x 260mm x 430mm (W x D x H), which is different from medium and large-sized machines in that it has a compact structure, high degree of integration, small footprint, and the parts can be picked up from the cabin, which makes it more adaptable to the needs of education, scientific research, biomedical and other fields of application.

  It can be equipped with 500W dual lasers for more efficient molding; it adopts unidirectional variable-speed powder laying mode, which can intelligently formulate powder laying strategy according to the part contour, and multi-stage variable-speed powder laying, which can shorten the single-layer powder laying time and improve the efficiency while ensuring the printing quality; it adopts large-capacity powder cylinder design, and the capacity of the cylinder is 1.5 times of that of the molding cylinder, which ensures that the printing process is continuous and uninterrupted.

  Can be equipped with galvanometer intelligent calibration system to realize automatic lap calibration, compared with the traditional lap calibration program, the whole process does not require manual operation, simplify the calibration process, and greatly improve the efficiency on the basis of improving the success rate of lap debugging, the previous manual debugging takes 4 hours, the intelligent calibration only takes about 1 hour, the efficiency can be increased by more than 300%. What's more, the accuracy of multi-laser lap joint is more controllable, the accuracy is kept stable within ±0.05mm, and there is no obvious difference between the mechanical properties of lap joint area and single laser.

  LiM-X260E equipment is equipped with a long-lasting filtration system as standard, the circulatory system has a blowback function, and the life of the filter element is more than 100,000 hours, which eliminates the maintenance and replacement process and realizes “ultra-long standby”, significantly reduces the cost of equipment consumables and manpower costs, and helps the user to further reduce the cost and increase efficiency.

  In terms of powder circulation, LiM-X260E is equipped with LiM-X260E-SLXT-TY pumping system, APM-D400A sifter, LiM-XFJ10 powder suction machine, and PCE400-H600 powder cleaner, which provide a comprehensive guarantee for the flow of powder.
