  Recently, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited held a 2025 "Four New" knowledge training course, aiming to further strengthen the construction of the skilled talent team and comprehensively enhance the comprehensive quality and technical level of skilled talents. LiM Laser was invited to give a special technical lecture on "Metal Additive Manufacturing - Laser Selective Melting", with Li Huimin, the deputy general manager of the company, as the main speaker.

  In the special lecture, Li Huimin systematically analyzed the core principles, process characteristics, application directions, etc. of Laser Selective melting (SLM) technology. Combined with the LIM-X series of metal 3D printing equipment matrix independently developed by LiM Laser and typical application cases, he focused on demonstrating the advantages of this technology in the forming of complex components, integrated manufacturing, lightweight and weight reduction, etc. In response to the high reliability requirements of aerospace products, Li Huimin deeply analyzed key technical points such as defect control and process monitoring. The detailed data support and vivid on-site demonstration sparked a lively discussion and deep resonance among the trainees.

  As an advanced enterprise in the field of metal additive manufacturing, LiM Laser has successfully launched more than ten types of LIM-X series SLM equipment. Among them, the maximum forming area reaches 1500mm×1500mm, and the net forming height exceeds 2500mm. The reliability and stability of the equipment have been widely verified through market applications.
