Recently, the research and development team of LiM Laser technology successfully printed large-area (150mm * 150mm) limit size structural parts of aluminum alloy through adjusting the laser power, spot size, scanning strategy, scanning speed and other process parameters LiM-X260A by the self-research equipment. the formed parts have intact overall structure, uniform thickness, rod diameter of 0.2mm, and rod diameter dimensional accuracy of +/-0.025mm.

As we all know, the melting point of pure tungsten (W) is as high as 3410 degrees Celsius, which is a refractory metal. It is very difficult to print pure tungsten materials for selective laser melting equipment. Recently, the process development team of Beijing Technology Center (TSC Laser Technology Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) has conquered the printing process of pure tungsten materials and realized stable production on LiM laser LiM-X150A equipment.
